About these terms

This website is operated by Kept Paws ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Ordering

You must be of legal age in your state to place an order. Prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when we suspect fraud or can't print the image you sent; if we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Personalized products and your photos

Our products are made to order from the photo and text you provide. Small variations in colour and position are normal for printing on ceramic and are not defects.
You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and you allow us and our print partner to use it only to make and deliver your order.
We don't print images that are offensive, unlawful, or that contain logos, characters or artwork you don't have the rights to.
You are responsible for the spelling of the name and text you enter. The preview shows what will be printed.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

Our content

The designs, text and images on this site belong to Kept Paws. Please don't copy or resell them without our written permission.

Liability

The site and products are provided as described on the product pages. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where Kept Paws is based. Nothing in them limits the consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the state where you live.
