How it works
- Tap Add personalized design and upload your favorite photo.
- Type their name (up to 14 characters) and their years (optional, e.g. 2012 – 2026).
- Save the design and add it to your cart. We review every photo by hand, then print and ship in 5–8 business days.
Photo tips
Use a sharp, well-lit JPG or PNG with your pet’s face near the center. Portrait and landscape photos both work. If a photo won’t print well, we email you before printing instead of guessing.
Our promise
If your ornament arrives broken or misprinted, we reprint it or refund you, free. No need to send anything back. Just email keptpaws@gmail.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery.

Questions
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Orders placed by December 10 ship in time for Christmas within the US. We update this date on the page if carriers get busier.
Can I put two pets on one ornament?
Yes, as long as they’re in the same photo and close together. Keep the name to 14 characters, for example “Milo & Luna”.
Can I change the photo or name after ordering?
Within 2 hours of ordering, yes. Email us your order number and the change. After that your ornament is already in production.
Can I return it?
Each ornament is printed with your photo, so we can’t take returns for a change of mind. Anything that arrives damaged or misprinted is reprinted or refunded free.
Where does it ship from?
It’s printed and shipped from the USA. Standard shipping is $4.99, free over $40, and takes 5–8 business days after production.
